| What it come down to is that the causes of such occurrences as sleep paralysis can be very hard to determine and that process of finding out is very involved. It has been blamed on all sorts of things like demons (Another Article will give my information on what is truly a demon and the common ideas of them in comparison), mental illness, and such. But we can never truly prove this unless we know we have an entity that pulled us from our body to cause this. Sleep paralysis comes when you are out of body and the body awakens, therefore awakening the physical part of your consciousness along with your spiritual consciousness or deep consciousness at the same time, just before the spirit enters the body again. there is a world of things that cause Out Of Body Experiences (OBEs). An OBE is a very natural occurrence but can be induced by a force and against the person's will if the entity has enough connection with that person's deep mind. More also on this in a different Article. This is my starting explanation for my opinions and experiences with sleep paralysis.
