Virus Scanners
It is highly unlikely that a virus can be passed to you while playing Shogun.
The current rumours about this appear to be someone trying to start a fresh urban myth.
Disable your virus scanner before playing shogun,
a virus scanner can examine some or all of the files and data
passed to your PC during an online game, this may cause problems and drops.
