Archibald Stinton Wintermute
Archibald Stinton Wintermute was the fourth son of Peter Wintermute and Rachel Shackleton. Archibald moved with his parents to Terre Haute, Indiana in 1833 where he met and married his first wife. Shortly after the birh of their son, his wife, Nancy Coykendall passed away. He then married Mary Likons and they had 2 children. Archibald married for the third time to Anna Smith and they also had 2 children, making him the father of 5 children.
