| Hello everyone, Well it has reached that time again, can you believe it, another year is coming to an end. I figured that this yearly report can take on a different look from the last one! After all - change is good isnt it!?! Enjoy the read, hope I make sense, and I'll catch ya round! Jan 2004 - Well the start of the year that I was dreading... ARGH. This month proved to be a test for me and Brad... as it was time for him to pack up and move down to ADFA in Canberra. January held a few other tests for us, but we over came them, as we always do! Not much was happening, but things at home where warming up. Feb 2004 - Well, the trouble warming up at home hit the roof when I put the idea forward to mum that I wanted to move down to Canberra so that I could see Brad move often. I had everything organised, nearly all finalised when mum turned around and had a massive arguement with me so that I ended up agreeing to stay at home till July. Mind you it all got thrown in my face a week later. On a happier note, on Feb 8th, Brad popped the question, yes he asked me to marry him. Which I'm sure all of you already know about. When he asked me I froze, I couldnt believe it... it was a dream come true, it really was! Next up, was Brads CDF parade, what can I say, Brad I dont know what it is, but you're a HOTTIE in a uniform, glad you're wearing the ring I gave you for your birthday on your left hand now!!! The parade was amazing, it truly was... the first years can marching over the hill at the end of the parade ground... it was amazing nothing short of that. I had a seat right in front of Brad, along with Ellen and Oma (Brads mum and nan), all three of us where in tears when the first years came over the hill! 6 weeks without seeing Brad, well it had really took alot out of me.. but on the friday 27th, when Brad got some time with us... i didnt know whether to cry or smile or what to do. March 2004 - The first two weekends, I was down in Canberra! And the third Brad was in Sydney. 3 weekends in a row, I'm doing well!!! The First weekend, was Brads CDF parade... When I saw Brad on the friday afternoon, I couldnt believe it, six weeks were FINALLY over. On the Saturday, was Brads CDF Parade, I started crying when his year marched onto the parade ground at ADFA, along with Ellen (Brads Mum), and his Nan. The second weekend in March, I got to spend a few hours under 48 hours with Brad. I know thats not alot compared to how things where before he left, but it was great! It was amazing to be able to cuddle up next to the one I love whilst watching a movie, and then falling asleep in his arms to wake up and be able to look next to me and find him lying there! I finally had the chance to be me again. To smile and laugh, something that I hadnt done in awhile. April 2004 - Well I had the chance to see Brad again! As he was up for the Easter weekend, and at the end of the month. April was a quiet month not much was really happening in April. Apart from a lot of moving back and forth between parents etc. Nick Peel did a talk at Antioch, and I had the honour of saying his introduction! So that was pretty good! Like I said a very quiet yet emotional month, just glad that Brad was around alot. May 2004 - Well, what can I say. I spent two weeks with Brad! This was a great month! We sorted alot of things out within May. Started back at Maccas with my job change for the two weeks. Decided to stay with Dad. On the 12th Brad and I went out to Dinner, to a chinese restaurant. Then we went for a drive and Brad showed me this most amazing view of the city from out near where he lives. Then asked me to marry him again - this time with ring and all! As you guessed it I said YES! So now everyone knows. Its all out in the open, and plans have begun |
