June 2004 - Well the first weekend in June I spent in Canberra! What an amazing weekend, but then whenever I spend time with Brad it is amazing! At the end of the month Brad came home for a week! A lot of stuff happened with Maccas in this month too. Georgette came into the store, my management position disappeared, burnt my hand - 2nd degree burns are so much fun, with scars that will last for a very long time. Got transferred to Miranda Maccas Express. And well thats June in a nutshell.
July 2004 - Well, I have to say that this was a pretty interesting month. Kicked Tafe off. Saw Brad for a weekend, settled into Miranda some more and thats really about it for July. Miranda Maccas was an interesting change. Due to the fact that I was living with Dad, I was malnourished and my liver decided that it wanted to walk out on me. I spent several months attending the doctors for blood tests, to ensure I was ok. Dad wouldnt stay home to help cook for me, as I couldnt stand up. so again I wasnt eating, but he wanted to come home and bath me. NO HAPPENING. SO the army ended up sending that gorgeous fiance of mine home, and everything started to get better.
August 2004 - I turned 19! Moved back to mums place, the wedding planning and that jazz decided to pick itself up a bit. Got to see Brad for my Birthday, he got me the most gorgeous bracelet :-). Had the ADFA One Bravo dinning-in night at the end of the month too. Brad looked smashing as per usual! It was an amazing night! Also had the ADFA open day, got to get to know some of Brads ADFA mates a bit better!!! Where the Kavanghs saw Brad, and came up with the theory, its the open day, 'Brads here so Stacey mustn't be too far away', and decided to test this theory - it worked! Peter and I wanted to try to reminisce ATA. I got job at Darrel Lea Chocolates too! Great stuff. Ben graduated from the police academy, and is now staying with us for about 4 days a week.
September 2004 - Brad was up for the first weekend, for his mums birthday! The wedding planning was slowly moving forward, being difficult with us living in different states. September was a pretty boring month in all.
October 2004 - Brad came up to see me again! Wedding plans going well, TAFE was going exceptional good. Everything seemed to be getting better. Not working for Darrel Lea anymore. They restructed their two stores at Miranda, so they didnt need me anymore. Being the newest memeber of staff, i was the one to go. No hard feelings, its what happens. I still had maccas.
November 2004 - Well.. I did it, I put in my resignation for Maccas. I finally did it. I was starting to pack up everything in my room. Because Brad and I were ment to be getting a house with DHA in the middle of Dec. But nothing happened with them (DHA) at all during the month, no calls were returned, nothing. The wedding was all finalised, and invites about to go out. Everything seemed to be happening, or well not happening.
December 2004 - well ladies and Gents, my last day at Maccas came and it went. I felt a little sad, I mean after 3.5 years, what more can I say, and you guys all know how emotional I am. I had my dress fittings done, make-up trial with Leonie - thank-you!!! and started stressing that I couldnt find a hair dresser that I liked. The move did not happen this month, which really sent us up the wall. We spent about half of December done in Canberra with DHA trying to arrange things. But it just wouldnt work. Christmas went really well, apart from Dad forgetting about me. The wedding was getting closer, as well as mum and Dads first day in court.
New Years Eve, Spent the count down at Bretts place, with nearly everyone from SES. Which was great. Had a wonderful night!!!!!
