STEP 1) First thing....Know that SFW is a match writing E-Fed!

STEP 2) Head on over to the SEScoops.com Forums and register. Once your registered view through some matches and promos from SFW to get a feel of what we are all about.

STEP 3) Read the Rules! Also please read over our E-Fedder's Guide written by our very own NightWolf/Jim Rourke.


STEP 4) Post a Profile in the "New Wrestler" Forum which can be found in the "Training Ground" Section of SFW with the thread title being your wrestlers name. Remember SFW only allows original characters. With in your profile please include 3 Finishers (One of the Three must be a Submission move.) Also If you need help forming a profile take a look at Tommy Polo's Profile.


STEP 5) Wait for confirmation PM. Upon recieving it, ask any questions you may have. You will then be enrolled into the Training Ground where you must take part in ATLEAST one match. (That is only so that you can adjust easier to SFW's style quicker and be more competitive and also to help you develop a charcter so that you can be unique in SFW.)


STEP 6) Once you are voted to the main roster by the trainers you will Post an intro Promo (vingette, interview, in-ring promo, etc) in the "Promo" Forum that marks your arrival to SFW. (You may leave it open ended if you would like involvement from our current members...But be warned some characters in SFW dont like new people...Remember dont take it personal its all in FUN!)


STEP 7) Look for the weekly cards which will be booked by the Corp. in the main-section of the "Weekly Shows" Forum. Your match will then take place in the forum that is was designated to.


STEP 8) HAVE FUN!!
