RETREATS

Freshman:  "A DAY WITH FRANCIS"
This retreat is open to all freshmen.  It is an all day retreat.

Sophomore: "DISCIPLESHIP"
This retreat is open to all sophomores.  It is a 2 day/1 night retreat.

OR " Sophomore Evening of Reflection"
This retreat is open to all sophomores.  It is a 4-hour evening reflection and is an alternative to the Discipleship retreat.

Junior: "EMMAUS"
The Emmaus retreat is a 3 day/2 night faith experience open to all Juniors.  The retreat is conducted by the Director of Campus Ministry with support from an adult and student team.

Senior: "KAIROS"
The KAIROS Retreat is open to all Seniors.  It is a 4 day/3 night faith experience of God, self, and others.  KAIROS  pulls together in practice what has been taught in theory over the past four years in the theology classes.  The retreat is conducted by a team of current  Seniors, graduates and adults, and is a dynamic example of peer ministry.

All levels: "FRIENDSHIP"
Friendship is offered to all students of all grade levels as an end of the year makeup retreat.  It is an all day retreat.

The full retreat program is progressive and builds one on the others.  Even though Parish retreats are acceptable for the requirement, it is recommended that through your four years at St. Francis you take advantage of the retreats offered here. It is a graduation requirement that every student participate in a spiritual retreat each of the four years at St. Francis.
