LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

L.I.F.E. PROGRAM
The L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience) Program offers a select group of Juniors and Seniors an experience in building a Christian community through the development of their leadership skills.  In the Spring of each year, Juniors and Sophomores apply to be members of the core team of the Campus Ministry Program.  As the L.I.F.E. team is a part of the larger network of the L.I.F.E. program of California, they join other schools for a seven-day workshop/retreat during the month of August.  During this workshop/retreat, the students learn how to build a Christian community and plan ways to bring that spirit and expertise back to St. Francis

S.A.L.T. PROGRAM
The S.A.L.T. (Student Action Leadership Team) Program offers a wider range of sophomores through seniors a leadership opportunity in assisting the L.I.F.E. team with their many diverse ministries.  In the month of November they attend a leadership workshop/retreat administered by the L.I.F.E. team.  This is a 3 day/2 night retreat.  During this retreat, the L.I.F.E. team will teach and share their faith through Christian leadership training.
