WILLOW- my favorite - aids in sprit communication, it gives vitality to the sick and old.

INCENSE- create and blend your own
Pagan Ritual Incense
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. anise seed
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. lemon peel, dried
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. peppermint extract
dried petals of three white roses
Mix all dry ingredients and grind into a fine powder, add extracts, let dry overnight. Burn on self- igniting charcoal tablets. |

Like anything else in life , the more you put in, the more you get out. Words can be extremely powerful if they are understood. It is quite possible that the magician who first concieved the spell may well have made it work because he put a great deal of thought and feeling into the words-- he gave the words power by belief. It does not mean that anyone else will get the same results by repeating his spell, because the words belonged to him. You can chant until you are blue in the face, but until you work up some emotional fire and believe in what you are saying, nothing will ever happen.
