| We use a rank system. The more you are online and the harder you train, the more likely you will be promoted. The High Command has trainings every now and then were we discuss who should be promoted and should not be promoted. If you are very skilled, you will get a high rank. If you are not skilled but train as a true faithfull soldier, you will get a high rank too! So the more you train, the higher your rank. From a certain rank you are allowed to be a trainer.
