1. What payment method do you accept?
deposit thru Chinabank, BPI BDO,and GCash but we also allow Western Union Money Transfer upon request & for all international buyers.

2. Do you give discounts on multiple purchases?
Yes. We give reasonable discounts to client who will purchase 6 items or more which will fall under our wholesale prices.

3. Do you do meet ups?
Not anymore. Due to overflowing orders we cannot accomodate personal deliveries or meet-up. All orders are now being shipped thru Air21.

4. Do you ship via LBC, 2GO or other couriers?
No. We shipped our products via Air21 & Wide Wide World Express nationwide.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via FEDEX & IEMS (International Express Mail Service) of Philpost.

6. How long does it take for me to get the item I bought?
If payment is received 12noon, item will be shipped 1pm of the same day. The item will be at your doorstep the next day.

7. How can I be sure that you will send me the items I bought after depositing the payment?
Tracking number will be emailed or texted to you. This will serve as your security that we have sent the item you bought & you can trace the status of your package thru Air21�s official website.

8. Who will be responsible for the Shipping & Handling?
Buyer is for all the shipping cost unless agreed upon or states in our promos.
Our goods are carefully packed, & always undergo thorough inspection & testing before shipping. Kindly take note that any damages incurred during transit is not our responsibilities because it is beyond our control.
