Spa Area and Storage Shed

A Cal-Spa with an eight foot square octagon gazebo and gas-fired 50,000 BTU heater is located outside the left rear of home for easy access. It has a thermo-cover and timer system and holds six plus people. It is situated so as to enjoy the city lights at night. The heater raises the temperature 17 degrees per hour. Automatic sentinel lighting illuminates the stairs and walkway. There is sufficient area to the right rear of the home to install a lap pool. It has been used for playing horse shoes. A cedar covered three by eight foot storage shed is located at the right end of the property.

Landscape and Sprinkler/Drip System

There are several types of trees and bushes on the property. Apricot, black olive and almond are all fruit bearing. Rosemary, junipers, pines and other small buses adorn the area.

There is a five-hundred and fifty gallon water storage tank, pump, and pressure tank located under the home which was added for increased water pressure for the automatic sprinkler system. It is a Irri-Trol, solid-state logic, programmable system. All of the rosemary and small junipers are on a drip system.

There is ample room under the home to add an additional room and for storage space.

Garage

The custom designed two-car garage is six-hundred and forty-eight square feet and has a work area on both sides. A storage area has been built with a pull down trap door. Additional lighting and phone jacks have been installed. An intercom between the home and garage is in place. There is a Genie GS450 garage door opener with 2 controls installed. There was a new roof installed in February 1992.
