Project description:
Hello
I need a very experienced php/mysql web developer with exposure/experience
with gallery systems (like Gallery and Exhibition Engine customisations).
We have a partially developed gallery system and are looking at adding new
features. We do not want to create one from scratch as we have gone quite
far with our existing system. Our programmer is unable to work on it indefinitely.
The php code utilizes the fast templates generator.
At the moment the first thing we want to add is the ability for users to
upload images by email, using our exim mail server. This would involve customizing
exim to accept certain types of attachment, consult the mysql database and
verify username/email address/subject matter of the email , resize the image
using imagemagick/GD and upload the images to the appropriate directory using
ftp (as we plan on separating the mail server and image server) and then
sending the user a confirmation email. The right provider should have work
on an ongoing basis. The provider needs to be easily contactable (email
and messenger) around the clock. Working Saturdays is a bonus. Provider
must sign a non disclosure/confidentiality agreemen |
|
| Comments from webmaster: No reservations
giving 10/10. Highly skilled and persist until you are happy. Excellent value
for money and a great person to work with. |

script integration & database |

Project description:
I have have a site running php-nuke 6.8 & a yellow pages module + many others. It's working working fine.
I also have a script (on php) to manage memberships (dreamaccount 3.2) ,
and a module (from the same guys who made dreamaccount) to interact with
php-nuke (which I find useless).
The idea is to expand the customers table on the membership management
script, and/or the associated tables and expand the existing interface (front
end & admin) interface to be able to fill multiple fields. PHP-nuke users
must register trhough dreamaccount, and username, password, company info
etc. should be in one shared table, to avoid sync problems or bugs.
There are some things to have in mind: i.e: The business category list must
be grabbed from other database(yellowpages data) to popullate a list to choose
from. and many other details like that.
I want to be able to unify users from phpnuke, yellowpages & mebership
management. One update update all the info. must be done from membership
management script, so probably you will have to change some table names and
make some new custom connection strings to the yellowpages module (admin
& front end) to be able to grab info from mebership tables.
I have the excel list of businesses to be listed on the site, so you can
just put a couple of them just to make sure it's working fine and I'll fill
up the rest and assign categories.

Bulk whois script |
3/27/2004 at 17:09 EST |

Project description:
I need a script that will query whois information from new domain
registrations and save this information to a text file.
But it has to be the domains that were registered in the last 24 hrs.
Here is an example of this script:
http://www.deleteddomains.com/newlist.shtml?cid=19599-13072
Information doesn't have to be parsed into different categories
- phone numbers, emails, contact names, and domain names.
Unless you think that it would be easier to to do it this way.
I will be running the script on a static IP.
I think you will need to come up with a way so that I don't get banned
from using this script to do inquiries on a daily basis.
I would then need a bulk whois script to querie the data from these
domains and save to a text file.

Comments from webmaster:
Accomplished what everyone else could not. Outstanding programmer - can't say enough
about how well Serj knows his stuff. Superb communication and a nice guy too!!

Project description:
Need mod rewrite to display search engine friendly URL's such that is on the site workathomecommunity.com
Instead of:
http://www.workathomecommunity.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=18&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0
I want:
http://www.workathomecommunity.com/article18.html
I would like all major links to be rewritten (yopics, categories, etc) Just like workathomecommunity.com
Should be easy for those who are familiar. My last project only took 1/2 an hour :)
As per a request, It will insist of the .htaccess file being manipulated. My host offers mod rewrite capabilities, so everything is ready for your magic :)
