- Please read the following terms and conditions before using my grafix:
1) The designs on this site are copyright © 1999-2000 SereneGrafix, except where otherwise noted.*
2) SereneGrafix are free for use in personal and/or non-profit websites.
A banner with a link back to this site is required.
3) SereneGrafix may not be used on commercial web sites, nor may they be used
by those who design web sites for profit.
SereneGrafix may not be used on sites containing adult-only/pornographic content, profanity or obscenity,
or sites that promote discrimination against any race, religious afiliation, or disability.
4) SereneGrafix may not be used in any other grafix collections online or otherwise.
They may not be altered in any way!
You, may however add text to blank buttons if there is a blank button.
5) Please do NOT link to images on my server. You must download all images and upload them to your own server.
6) You must save each grafik element in a set...for example the background, title, bars, buttons, etc are all separate grafix.
Click your right mouse key and select "Save Image As"
(for the background image it will say "Save Background As")
and save to your hard drive or a diskette.
- Why Can't I Simply Link to the Grafix On Your Page?
Why? For the simple reason that it is stealing.
- You would be stealing bandwidth from my server.
And besides the fact that it is just plain wrong, you also run the risk of:
1) slower load times for your own page since anytime you get a hit, your own server
must be called up as well as any servers you have linked to...and
2) Winding up with a page full of broken images. Many grafix sites, including mine,
frequently change the names of their grafix.
So please, do the right thing and save grafix to your own hard drive.
