| Policies are in place to ensure that you know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. |
| Before we start to work together... *You will receive a welcome pack containing our policies on aspects such as behaviour, payment, holidays and illness etc. *We will arrange a contract meeting with you, where we will go over the policies and draw up a contract detailing when and how you will pay, the hours we will work for you and so on. |
| Once the contract is signed... *We will assume that you understand and agree to abide by the terms in the contract and policies. *We will abide by the terms set out in the contract. *We will arrange regular update meetings to ensure that any changing needs are accommodated by the contract. |
| If there is a problem... *We will arrange a meeting with parents to try to resolve problems before they get to the stage of requiring termination of contracts but - *If there is a serious breach of contract (on either side) it may be terminated without notice. *Under normal circumstances, two weeks notice will be required (from either side) |
