Time
went by slowly as JiWon thought constantly what he really wanted in his
life. He never got around to breaking up with Krissy as he planned, which
led to more trouble. Krissy became more involved with JiWon and loved him
more and more day by day, while JiWon's heart for her turned to stone.
The lonely days turned into weeks and the weeks into months. Soon July
became the end of the year and the beginning of a new one.
Quinn and JaeJin were to be engaged the last day of the New Year and everyone
was invited--including JiWon and Krissy. Every second of the hour Quinn
became nervous every time she heard the name JiWon and feared that JaeJin would
find out her secret of her past that she had wanted to go back to. But it
was too late for that.....

[At the end of the engagement ceremony]
"UHN-NEE!!~ You look so wonderful!!!" cried Krissy.
"Thank you Krissy. Thanx for coming." said Quinn shyly as
her faced turned red the moment she saw JiWon who was next to Krissy.
"Hyung-boo (brother-in-law) is soooo handsome!!~" said Krissy as
Quinn blushed.
"Oh, uhn-nee....have you ever met mah boyfriend JiWon?" asked
Krissy, pulling JiWon in front of her.
"Ummm..."
[There was a short pause]
"I guess you guys don't know each other. Uhnnee, this is EunJiWon,
and JiWon, this is Quinn uhnnee."
"Nice to meet you." they both said at the same time. The
two could not look at each other, for fear that they would reveal their past.

[The next day]
Ring-Ring
"Yuh-boh-sae-yo??? (hello?)" answered Krissy.
"Krissy, wassup?" said JiWon.
"JiWon OPPA!!" said Krissy.
"Uh…can I talk to you after work?" asked JiWon.
"Ung oppa. How about dinner." said Krissy.
"Ummm….aiite…meet me at the café from the corner of my house."
hesitated JiWon.
"Cya then oppa." said Krissy.

After finishing his day at his office, JiWon went home and took a nice long
shower. As soon as he got of his hot, steamy shower, he carefully
prepared his last date with Krissy. He put on one his best suits and a
nice blue cotton shirt. He put a ton of gel in his hands and ran the gel
through his hair. For a finishing touch, he ran his fingers through and
fixed his spikes. JiWon looked at his reflection in his bathroom mirror.
"EunJiWon, be a man and do this right." he told his reflection.
He quickly put his watch on his wrist and left his house.

This time Krissy arrived at the cafe earlier than JiWon. She felt
excited, yet scared because she felt that it was finally the day, when JiWon
was going to ask her to marry her. Although they had only went out for
less than a year, Krissy felt confident to become the wife of JiWon because of
their close friendship before they started to date. Krissy took a sip of
her cool iced tea and continued to wait.
While waiting for JiWon, Krissy thought about the time when SungHoon first
introduced her to JiWon. He was so....perfect for her. She couldn't
complain about anything because of his perfectness. She knew that JiWon
would be the only one for her the first time she laid eyes on him.

[Flashback]
Krissy entered the studio where the SechsKies members were practicing for their
upcoming concert in New York. The first person she saw was SungHoon, who
was the best friend of her younger brother, Joe.
"SungHoon-ah!!" said Krissy.
"OH, NOONA!! What a surprise!! I didn't expect you to come
today." said SungHoon.
"Then why the hell did you invite me?" asked Krissy, sarcastically.
"Well....whatever. I'm glad you came....here lemme introduce you to
the other members." said SungHoon. SungHoon walked Krissy over to
the other side of the studio where the other members were practicing their
dance for <Road Fighter>.
"Hey everybody!! I want you to meet one of mah most favorite noonas,
Krissy Lee." said SungHoon, cheerfully.
"Hey Krissy." said each and everyone of the members. Krissy
caught sight of JiWon. Krissy began daydreaming as SungHoon interrupted
her.
"NOONA!!~"
"Ung...oh..sorrie." SungHoon grinned.
"Noona, this is Wonie hyung......"
"Ahn-nyong ha sae yo JiWonie oppa?" asked Krissy softly.
"OH noona...how did you know his name?"
"C'mon SungHoon, i'm not that stupid!! I know all the members
names." said Krissy.
From that day on....Krissy visited SechsKies while they were practicing their
songs that they were going to perform. Secretly it was because of JiWon.

"Krissy-ya..." said JiWon, waving his hand in front of her
face.
"Ung?? oh...sorriez...i..."
"It's okie...I just wanted to see if you were okie." said JiWon.
'He's sooooo sweet.' thought Krissy.
"Oppa..." "Krissy-ya." the two started to say
something at the same time.
"Oppa...mon-juh mal hae...(you go first)"
"No...mine's kinda long...so you say whatever you needed to say
first." said JiWon.
"Oppa....i love you........"
"Krissy...maybe i should go first." said JiWon nervously.
Krissy smiled as if she knew what he was going to say. A cold chill went
down JiWon's back.
"Krissy-ya...i've been thinking about this for a while...."
JiWon started to say. He stopped when he saw Krissy smile.
"I don't wanna say this....but i have to...I'm miserable."
"OH Oppa~ Is that what you wanted??? How about tonight at my
place. Gosh oppa, why didn't you tell me sooner?" asked Krissy
with a naughty smile on her face.
"No...i'm not finished....that's not what I want...."
"Oh." said Krissy, taking her grin of her face.
"I've waited for the longest time...but it's time now....I don't wanna go
out with you anymore...but i hope we can still..."
"Be friends..." finished Krissy finally. She was silent for a
second and JiWon was trying to read her face.
"Why didn't I guess that you wanted to break up with me? All this
time i was thinking that you were going to ask to marry me.!" Krissy
was in shock...she wasn't expecting a break up with JiWon.
"Why?" asked Krissy.
"Because I don't think that you're the one for me and i think that we
would be better off as friends."
"Why now? i'm too involved with you JiWon...every second of the day
I think of you....I wanted to be with you. I could have brought you
happiness...."
"No...you
couldn't....You just can't be the one Krissy!! Can't you
understand? We're over!!~" JiWon stormed out of the cafe and
drove off. Krissy was left alone at the table and sobbed.....the wrong
thing was happening to her...and if it was a dream she wanted to wake up.
She got out of her seat and walked slowly on the sidewalks. The clouds
were turning pitch black and the rain started to pour. But Krissy didn't
seem to mind the rain...she just walked on and soon she was soaked.
