Isn't this kid SOOOOOOOOO cute? he's actually cute in his lil outfit that he wears when he becomes the official prince....well i mean...he's the main prince during the time in Korea history where Joong Jong and Moon Jung Wang Hoo (Joong Jun Yoon Shi) ruled....aiite....for all you Americans.....(non-Koreans) I'm watching this History Drama (yes based on Korean History) I don't knoe what years this Emperial Couple ruled for and when they actually ruled..but it's kinda interesting. I didn't see this from the start but it's called *YUH IN CCHUN HA* but when i started to watch it..i was fascinated (as i was everytime i saw one of these History dramas ever since i was a lil kid) by it. The title in english translates out to *Women's World* Yes....i have to admit...the emperors of Korea...they weren't so powerful..instead the empress and his concubines had to take over and help the poor emperor rule the country. Where shall i start? From where i watched that was really interesting was when the country to had to crown a prince to become the heir of the throne....which lil prince would it be? Well first of all the emperor was at the time at his 3rd and last marriage....his first wife was exiled b/c she was related to some ...i guess you could say revolutionary and the Emperor's mother and politicians became afraid that she would ruin the country....so he had to marry again...this time...the marriage to be a successful one, however this empress died while giving birth to a son...(the above kid known as WON JA) So....the throne couldn't be left empty and the king was married again...this time to an empress who would be known as Moon Jung Wang Hoo...so she became the mother of this prince...now...while selecting a prince to crown...all the sons of the king had to pass a test in order to become the crown prince....the emperor of course favored WON JA (which is the first son (always) of the emperor by the empress)...the empress also favored WON JA...although he was not related to her by flesh and blood...The emperor had i think about 6 other sons who wanted to become the heir to the throne......well....he also had about 4 or 5 concubines and the main ones in this drama are Kyung Bin Pak Shi, Hee Bin (dunno her last name), and Cchang Bin....out of these three...Cchang Bin is the most honest and becomes a friend of the empress....Hee Bin became the main one who wanted to become the empress and was always plotting a way to get to the throne...Kyung Bin also tried to do this...but realized that it was more important for her son, Bok Song Koon to become the next emperor....Won Ja however does become the crowned prince...but Kyung Bin still found hope to have her son become emperor....
Meanwhile...the empress was then pregnant...and was hoping for a son...however she has a daughter and feels sorrie for the new princess that she was born into the world as a girl......:-(...well...the next interesting part is going to be time consuming...so i'll write about tomorrow in my next entry...

I have the SATs tomorrow...arg~! I shouldn't have signed up for it....i'm really satisfied with my score (haha...but not compared to Juli's score)...anywayz...i guess tomorrow won't be such an exciting day because I can't go to the movies...and neither can i see Andrew...i'm going to call in sick for work too so that i may work on my guided coursework......
