WHAT NOT TO DO; |
SMOKING; Smoking is allowed almost anywhere in Greece. Even so,it is considered a sign of low morals for women to be smoking in the streets. |

BEACH WEAR; Beach wear belong on the beach! Not in restaurants or in the streets! It's a bit vulgar to walk around in your bikini or for men to flash their chest. You won't find anyone doing so at any restaurant or shops in your own town either. It has nothing to do with weather,it's about respecting the place you visit and the people who live and work there. Greeks do forgive us as the ignorant tourists we are,but i'm sure they prefer us thinking on our own and behave with common sense like we would at home. |
