A brief history - as brief as one can be in 25 years:
Still farming. Plant manager at MIRACO (they manufacture livestock waterers) so I can afford to "still farm". Married for nearly 16 years. Wife, Jill, teaches at Grinnell Middle School. Two very active children (can't keep up with all the dates on the calendar). Fish and camp with the family as often as I can. Retired from coaching flag football after the 2003 season. Looking forward to watching Jake play in full pads next year on 7th grade team. Brings back many fond memories (GO COUGARS!). Never knew I liked the sport of wrestling until a couple of years ago (Jake is a wrestler). Am extremely concerned about my 8th grade daughter going to high school next year (Kinnaird is standing by to take notes). I haven't decided if I'm going to allow her to date during high school or if I should wait until she's 30. Have sat on more gym bleachers watching girls basketball than I ever imagined. Listen to saxophone, piano, tuba and bass guitar rehearsals in the comfort of my own home. What more could a guy ask for in life??!!
