Potions and Runes

NOTE: Potions can be mixed in different colors. These below just state the default colors of the potions.
Sustenance- Beige Removes hunger when sipped. Side effects if you sip it too often are: PLAGUE (cured by MADABRIL) , INSOMNIA ( You will not be able to go to sleep, cured by ALLHEALE potion), and HEADACHES (cured by smoking MEGILLOS)
Vigour- Purple Lends vigour to you so that you can avoid sleep 
Immunity- Vermillion This makes you resistant to the fatal poisons JEGGA, KARFAR, and KASKAMAK
Meditation- Green Meditation will double in speed and cure the ditty curse.
Mana- Sparkling Restores part of your mana.
Holywater- Clear Cures damnation and dark curses.
Invisibility- milky Shrouds you in a cloak of invisibility
Resurrection- dull grey A short while after death, you will come back to life.
Adrenalin- Pink Gives adrenalin upon unconsciousness, swapping health with mana.
Speed- Mauve Allows you to run very fast.
Physical- Red Heals paralysis and physical afflictions.
Health- Blue Heals part of your health.
Fire Resistance- Red Allows the quaffer to suffer great heat and not be affected.
Allheale- White Heals many afflictions
Sight- Glittering Restores sight
Hearing- Indigo Restores hearing
Diffusion- Magenta Protects you from being summoned.
Cold Resistance- Blue You won't be affected by cold cones and the like.
These are most of the potions you need. Later on you will acquire skills which will do what the potion does so then you can get rid of the potion or use it for something else. There are more potions, than those above mentioned, available. Check out SW STALL from CENTER THAKRIA.

Runes

Snowflake Rune Protects an item by making it to cold to take.
Oval Protects weapons wielded from the spiritual blade bar.
Ankh Destroys spiritual activity and defences when activated.
Spear When placed on an item or arrow, ensures it always strikes
Charm Augments the effects of magical offensive acts.
Talisman Increases your Constitution skill which defends against magic.
Key When activated it locks all doors magically, stopping thieves
Bug For listening in on conversations, whether in Avalon or not.
Pyramid When placed on the ground it protects from summoning and gates.
Quarrel/Arrow A rune in the form of a silver arrow which can banish
demons/undead.
Spiral When activated it fascinates the onlooker so that they cannot
move
Knife When activate it causes fear in the onlooker making them flee. 
Crescent Destroys candescence activity and defences when activated
Flame Restores sight to one who has blinded himself.
You can attach these runes to items so that when you examine an item for example, you go deaf. You can also show some runes to enemies which will cause them to be afflicted by them. Some runes such as the key rune need to be activated. You do this by placing them on the ground and type ACTIVE RUNE####.
