| I got a real question from someone! Gomer21XX asks: Dear Gothor, What's the deal with Kage? Are you trying to make him some kind of godmoder or something? Now that is a really good question. Considering the fact neither Mezzo, nor Midrange can hit him with their blasters, he does seem that way, now doesn't it? Think about it, though: Wily is an inept villain at best, but he makes decent robots. Some of the time. They have to actually have a decent challenge, or it's not much fun for a conflict in the story, is it? Kage really isn't all that powerful, just a pain in the butt to beat. His first blast stunned Midrange, because she never expected him to attack her. Notice she's more or less unhurt, other than her shirt getting burned through. Kage's main advantage is that he's fast. He's a ninja, they're supposed to be quick. silent, and deadly. Once he showed up originally, stealth becomes a near moot point. So he relies on his speed in a fight. Now make no mistake about it: He's far from invincible when he actually is hit. He's just hard to hit. I'm sure any of you who've played some of these games will agree with me that there's at least one boss or robot master or whatnot who is fast and a pain to even hit. So!
