Our first question comes from [email protected]. Nom asks:
Why was there a sudden rush of comics at the very beginning, a steady stream, hiatus, then a regular flow beginning, and now another seeming hiatus? Can't the author get her act together already?
Very good question Nom. Now let's see if we can answer it in a way that doesn't spare too many feelings or make anyone feel stupid.
The author, Jamie, has a steady job, but very unsteady free time. Plus there's the constant abandonment by her muse: Me. Whenever I don't want to think up new story ideas, I don't. Sue me. You won't get much. Other than that, mostly issues getting stuff drawn and scanned and colored, or simply sitting still for four hours or so to put together a sprite comic.
Remember folks, she's new still. Sprites of a semi-original story like hers all have to be hand done, as I'm sure many of you know. And painstakingly put together into working order, all that happy jazz. But good news: I've finally got her to a regular schedule. And she promised to make amends, so never you fear. We'll whip her into a proper author soon enough.
So there you have it. Short, I know, but look what I have to work with. Remember, send me all your lovely new questions, I promise I'll get to them all in time. The more often I get questions, the more often this will update! Isn't that lovely? |
