The Silver Slugger is given to the player with the highest average while meeting the minimum requirement for AB

The Roid Boy Award is given to the player with the most HR's by the end of the year (however, it is influenced by in-the-park or out-of-the-park shots)

Walks leader...well duh.

Golden Spikes Award is given to the player with most runs scored (pinch running runs scored are not an official stat but can influence the outcome)

The Cal Ripken Jr Award is given to a player for their outstanding commitment to the game (based on # of GP)

The MVP is given to a player based on a combination of all their statistics.

Comeback Player Award is given to the player who made the most dramatic comeback of the year (whether from injury or retirment)

The Rookie of the Year is given to the player with the best offensive stats (must be new to the club to receive the award)

The four Gold Gloves will be given to 2 Outfielders and 2 Infielders. It's purely based on judgement, outstanding plays, and there is no statistical value to this award. It's nothing personal, just judgement.

The Joe Torre Award is given to the leader of the team, the person with the most influence, and the person who had to make the toughest decisions.

The Gene Bisulca Award is given to the team's best pitcher that season. Named for McDe's Xpress former pitcher.

The honorable mentions are given to ensure that nobody's accomplishments on the team this year go unnoticed.
