Yes, I know this recipe has been in the recipe file already, but I just had to make it recipe of the month because it's sooo fabulous!
The latest batch was tested by a panel of experts only last night, and it was pronounced totally delish. The sour quality of the rhubarb goes fantastically with the juniper teste of the gin, whjile the added sugar gives a liquer-like effect. Basically, it's totally marvellous! (Although I say so myself...)
