Rhubarbarella's Rhubarb Gin

INGREDIENTS
lots of gin
equal quantities of caster sugar and stewed rhubarb

DIRECTIONS
Start off by making yourself a large gin and tonic, with plenty of ice and a slice of lime. Well, you'll not be able to fit any rhubarb in the bottle if it's totally full of gin...
When you've drunk about half the bottle, it's time to add the rhubarb and the sugar. Put the lid on, and shake vigorously, although not all the sugar will dissolve at this point. Now you'll have to leave it for about 2 months, while it becomes a delicious rhubarb liqueur. Shake it occasionally, and keep an eye on its progress.

When it's ready, enjoy it as an after-dinner drink over ice with the object of your desires and they will be putty in your hands
(although hopefuly not literally, cos that wouldn't be good...)
