Tom's questionarre

Biog:
"Who the hell are you, Davies?", questioned the weather-beaten Mexican faces on the long, long journey from Guadelajara to leafy, suburban England. "Who the hell are you?"

How long into the night their Mexican voices reverberated in his ears. For yes, that is who he is. A poor Mexican peasant boy, grown up in suburban England. In many ways, he is Tarzan in reverse.

He was brought to England from Mexico to escape an evil drug baron, who was convinced that Davies's mother was the reincarnation of his wife, long since killed after five hundred and twelve bees mistook her beehive haircut for a real beehive. Idiot bees.

Scared beyond belief of the repercussions of this drug baron's infatuation, his mother decided to send him to England in a crate of cauliflowers on a long ocean voyage.

He landed on this shore in the early 1980s. Tiny, stinking and orphaned, he needed someone to take him into their home and their hearts.

Like the penguins in "Batman Returns" accepting the Penguin into their penguin type life, he was accepted by a good and kind family in Tolworth, South-West London. They didn't make him eat fish, though, or live in a zoo, much to his disappointment.

At an early age, he showed signs of interest in broadcasting, making a Sound-desk out of Duplo and making early, childish links between records by Sigue Sigue Sputnik and Ultravox.

And this is where the story is brought up to date, in Exeter, training to be a DJ, so he can annoy anyone who listens with incessant playings of records that no one else likes.
