The basics of the joining process:
First of all, go to the Clan Tempest site and read the rest of the FAQ and mechanics. You might want to look through some of the member profiles as well to get an idea of what you'll be doing next.
Please bear in mind before you join that lurkers are not allowed on the list. Go to the Join page and submit the required information. Make sure to read the form thoroughly. In this stage you get to choose what Sect you would like to join preferably. After submitting the form, the Sage of that Sect will review your character to see if he/she fits in the Sect.
If your character gets approved by the Sage of that sect, you will be contacted with the next step of the joining process, if not you'll be asked to change your sect or try again. The Sage will help you through the different steps.
