MCA Records is gearing up for the release of a Sublime live album, tentatively titled "Stand By Your Van." The album, scheduled for a June 16 release, will feature material recorded at dates in the spring of 1996, prior to the overdose death of Sublime frontman Brad Nowell. The phenomenal success of Sublime's self-titled set, which streeted after Nowell's death, prompted MCA to release a follow-up album, "Secondhand Smoke," last year. That disc collected previously unreleased tracks along with alternate and dub takes of currently available material.
