| Bowser 9.92 15th Sub 10... Total- 4:16.08 That bowser... Damn him. I got a 10.03 early on, so I got all cocky. A little later got 10.01, and started thinking how it wouldn't me much harder. Than Hell began. I spent at least 2 hours (or it seemed) on him. I got at least 20 10.0x's and 10 10.1x's. ANGER. | A link strat that i believe is easier than dj's, for all who want to try it: X) Hold left before 'GO' and throw a weak boomerang to the left. X) Quickly pull out a bomb, and walk to the right, till you're almost at the edge. 2-3-4) Just before link catches the boomerang, small jump and drop the bomb over the edge. You need to press Z early to stop the rang hitting the bomb to the right. Before you land, smash left and shoot an arrow at the target under the moving platform. 5-8) Jump left, boomerang down+left. You need to dash as far as you can before the jump to make sure the rang hits its last target, down to the right. 9-10) Land near the edge of the moving platform, then single jump left, airdodge to the left and hookshot. Gets 3.9x. --- SSBM BtT - 3:28.99 Some cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go. |

| well my whole "i cant L cancel" thing came from spending hours...and hours....and hours....on Dk sub 10....i honestly thought i was on 9.31 time i'd done it that much.. but i could never get that final l cancel.... since then i've gotten by with my bowser and roy scores, managing those 2 l cancels....just barely... meh... | Link - 5.26 This is an old score from fooling around yesterday night. I'm not too motivated to work on any of my times. I know who to improve, I just don't want to do it because I know it might take a while. Perhaps sub10 Marth will be my next thing to do. I guess I can't get help here though. If any pros are reading, I need to know how to do the one jump method for targets 5,6,7 where you do a foward A then a forward B. Even if I start the dash forward A to the far right of the platform I still don't have time to do a forward B afterwards. Help. I can do every other part of the strat including that L cancel off the wall for target 8. | I thought I might give an easy Samus strat: 1. Double jump back+A to the left, land on top. 2. Double jump to the right and up+A (or if you can, single dash jump and up+A) and keep going to the right, fast falling. Land at that place that is level to where you start. 3,4,5. Double jump and up+A, then another up+A, then fast fall and up+B, hitting a target and using it to land back on the platform to your left. 6. Quick double jump and fast fall up+A, hitting the target right of the starting point 7. Keep falling left, down+B to drop a bomb and drift right to land next to the pit thing. 8. Jump to the left and fire a smash (non-homing) missle to the left. Land and press down to slide into the chute place. 9. Run off to the left and right+A a target 10. Keep falling holding left, then when you can midair jump and up+B the last target. --- Wow! So the refrigerator light does turn off! Now... how do I get out of here? |
