4:10 was my goal because that is an average of 10 seconds per character. PERHAPS I'll consider going back to it, once I get my back-up card again. I only have access to it on Wednesdays, as it's never with me. (I have it out on display, on a public GCN)

Uh, all right. My church has several different video games set up, including SSBM. As I am the best of the people who go, and had a spare card, I donated it, so that there were all characters unlocked, as well as semi-decent BtT and Event match records on the game.

(Works out for me. When any of the 150+ people who go there find out that EVERY record there is mine, I get challenged. Works out to about 10 matches a week, each with a different person, invariably aged 15-25)

Two have. One's 24, and used to not have a job because he was playing SSBM all day. The other is my next door neighbor, and we've fought well over 2500 matches between this and SSB. My win percentage is over 90% against both, however.

To put this somewhere near on-topic, I got all characters back yesterday. Worked on BtT for about 2 1/2 hours, got a 4:4x.xx total, so I should be able to pull off sub-4 should I decide to do so.

I HATE Dr. Mario(the character, not the board user)! I've tried going as fast as I can to get sub-20, but I always miss the up-down platform at the end and have to wait another four seconds for it to come back down, then when I finally hit the last target, the clock is at something around my best time:

Can anyone give a strat that will help me at least IMPROVE my time?

I would like to point out that we have a better total than a large percentage of the pro topic, which is a good thing. also if you have x's in your total please get me a more accurate number. I'm still not sure what to do about joexc. If he's retiring there's no need to keep him on the list since he doesn't have any records. Throw thoughts at me for things.

Well, it is much harder too improve as quickly as beginners, because they have more room for improvement.
Plus, nobody is asking for strats because frankly, usually they know them already.
