Chocolate
and marshmallow cake
Ingredients:
The
quantities are dependant on your taste, but below is just a guideline:

1/2 large bar Cooking Chocolate

1 bag Marshmallows

4 Digestive Biscuits
Method:

Melt the cooking chocolate

Add the marshmallows and
continue cooking and stirring on a very low heat

Crush digestive biscuits

When the chocolate and
marshmallow mixture is smooth and gooey, add the crushed biscuits

Leave to set for about
1 hour in a cold place

Enjoy!
Alternatives:
Use
Maltesers instead of biscuits
Add
Raisins as well
Add
smarties after leaving to set for about half an hour
