Analysed the seismic tremors and events induced by fluid pressure in the earth crust during a Ph.D. research at the Bergakademie School of Mines in Freiberg, Germany from October 1989 to January 1993.
Proposed an on-line procedure to interpret the seismic signals radiated during the hydraulic fracturing process.
Results were presented during annual meetings of the German Geophysical Society (DGG) in Bochum (1991), Leipzig (1992) and Kiel (1993).
The final discussion of the dissertation took place in Freiberg on January 21st, 1993 with a "cum laude".
