Welcome! This is my page. That's me in the picture. A couple years ago, my female human servant gave me this bag to hide/play in, and then she flashed a bright light in my eyes quite a few times. Then, several weeks later, she showed me this picture. I like it very much, but there aren't any pictures with me in them that I don't like. What's not to like? I'm perfect.

So the other day I was pawing around online, and I found a cat's online diary.
(Visit Puckle-TownFor the lives of me, I don't know why I didn't think of this first. I am a feline. I am computer-savvy (when my humans aren't looking). I am worthy of interest from people/cats around the world. So, although I am not first at this, I am beginning this diary.

A little of my history...
I was "rescued" by some do-gooder humans from a garbage dumpster when I was about 9 months old. They took me to a shelter where they poked me with sharp instruments and "altered" me. I do not dwell on this time or any time before this. With the exception of missing the company of other felines.

After about six weeks of getting settled in my new home with about ten other cats and no humans to serve me personally, I was "adopted." I've come to know this word as a good word. Overall.  I met my girl servant and her mom first. They were really nice. I heard the word "birthday" several times while they were there. My future human thought I was extremely cute, but she was undecided. She couldn't decide between me and another boy in my room! He was a pretty-boy, I think she knows that now. Anyway, I did my best to win her over before she left. You gotta get them to serve you somehow!

A couple days later, after I had almost given up hope of ever seeing her again (I totally blamed Pretty-Boy for driving her away), she came into my room with a guy. The guy was really nice, too, even though he told her she could choose between me and P.B. I threw my pride into the litter box and won them over with purring, nuzzling, chewing her hair like I was nursing, chewing his shirt like I was nursing, and maxed-out the charm. So that's how I came to have two human servants. I went to live with them right away.

They took me out into the lobby, where I'd only been once before. There was some talking going on, and then the girl passed me to the guy so she could do some writing. Then, we were outside! (Yes! I love outside, but woefully, I am not allowed out.) We all got into a very large, very loud carrier (for humans). I was pretty good on this ride, since my servants were new and I wanted to make a good impression.

After what felt like one nap-length, we stopped and got out. This was it. I was home! The girl and guy let me explore the apartment after showing me new food and water dishes, and my very own litter box. They even had some toys for me. I was so happy to have a real home.

Now, it's about a year and a half later, and I'm still loving them. My only wish is for a feline friend. I like humans more than most cats, I sometimes follow mine from room to room if they don't shut doors in my face.

Last December we moved into a new den. I like it here, but it took me a while to get used to the hard wood floors. I slide a lot when I run around. Highly undignified. But it has it's perks. There's a glassed-in sunroom with very low windows that open, so I can sniff the outdoors and watch squirrels and birds. At the apartment, I had to sit on boxes on the screened-in porch to see out, and it got awfully cold out there in the winter! Not so on this porch. And anyway, if I were to get too cold or hot, I could just walk right back inside. At the apartment, I had to meow as loudly as I could (it's a very vulgar thing to be forced to do) so the help could hear me through the sliding door and let me in.

Like I said, my only wish now is for a furry friend. Well, not my
only wish. I also wish they'd make keyboards for cats. Typing is not the easiest thing I've ever done. The girl has recently starting talking to the guy about another cat again. They said they'll get me a sister/friend as soon as they can "afford" it. I think this means when they have enough time/energy to serve two cats. It'll be a big job, but I think they can do it. They do pretty good work for me.

Despite my issues with the timely maintenance of the litter box.

Some of my favorite sites:

Diaryland -- this is where I found puckle's diary. Get your own for free!

Cat Fiesta -- I found the awesomest cat condo here. I must find a way to let my humans know I want it. Ah, I'll just sign the girl up to their e-mail list. Heh.

My Cat Hates You -- This site is SO COOL! It has pictures of cats making weird faces, probably just because they hate having a bright light flashed in their eyes, but whatever. Check it out!

Live Nude Cats -- This is pretty cute place. I think it's some sort of spoof on human stuff. I try not to concern myself with human things too often, though, unless it concerns MY humans.
Some of my human's favorite sites:

Diaryland -- My female human has her diary here. So that's why it's listed twice.

She Made This -- Again, the girl's. She likes to make stuff. Stuff she says is not "cheesey." It sure isn't. Believe me when I say I know cheese.

Six Degrees -- This isn't really the name of the site, but the general idea. The girl says like Kevin Bacon, only you can link any two famous people. Cool, I guess.

Bored.com -- This is where she goes when she's not spending nearly enough time taking care of me.
