| Trish Foss has 10 years experience giving pony rides to children and considers herself an expert in the field. :) Trish is a Certified Ayurvedic Practioner and Yoga Teacher 2006 Trish is completing Massage Therapy in 2009. Trish has been studying yoga for 10 years, has attended yoga therapy (IMT) basic training and started teaching introduction to Yoga this past Spring at Highline Community College PE Department and at the YMCA (Highline). She is a mother of 2 girls, ages 9 and 14. |

We work on building gross motor skills verbal skills social skills reading and numbers and more Trish is available, upon request, to give consultations on diet, teas, herbs, self-massage teqniques and benefits, uses of herbal oils, self-calming techniques, aromatherapies, breathwork, and yoga.
