biological chemist named Cyril was commissioned to create a chemical that would
kill only transgenics. It was first tested in China Town with very encouraging results.
The chemical inside at first was targeted to one person, a Chinese male. The
second test was targeted to the Chinese community as a whole. The chemical was
to be tested on an X5 subject. However, Cyril was shot during the test and the X5
escaped. Cyril's research was confinscated by the Seattle Police Department.

Heat Scanners
| Transgenics have a core temperature slightly
hotter than the average human. By issuing all agents and operatives with heat
scanners set at 100 degrees Fahrenheit, transgenics can be located anywhere in
a crowd. However, agents must be careful to look at a suspect before bringing
them in as any person with a fever will also register on the devices.

Micro Explosives
| These micro explosives aren�t very powerful
in and of themselves. However, they are inserted at the base of a subject�s skull
so they are strong enough to kill someone. The timer inside can be set to detonate
at a specific time or can be detonated whenever the handler wishes. One such
micro explosive was inserted into X5-494, but he somehow managed to remove
the device before it exploded. |
