How we work?
In the beginning there is always a dialogue. After that free and confidential conversation, all documents will be screened together with you to gain trust on both sides. After all, our consultants will go through private documents.

Example Procedure for Paper Clutter:

All papers are put in a big box and our consultant will go through your clutter from A-Z.
After a first screening of your papers, we will sort them in a logical way and make three piles:
- the "round" pile (trash can)
- the archives pile, which will be filed in marked folders for easy access
- and the desk pile, which will go back in the box to be filed closest to the desk.
The final decision about any destruction will of course be made by you, our customer.
In the end our consultant will explain the new filing structure to you and give tips for future handling. That way you will be able to keep the clutter to a minimum from there on.
