Status- Nothing has been done to to my eclipse yet. I am hoping (praying) that a local company which can be found at www.sportmitsubishi.com will sponsor my car (Think this is pretty dead as of now...). As of now the car is a 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. It has the 2.0 4-cyl. which I plan to turbo charge.

Yestaday I went and purchased a window decal, about 42 inches wide, for my front window which says MITSUSPORT. Also purchased a new plate for the front of my car with Mitsubishi in Japanese. Today I received a Grant Formula GT Steering Whee. It is as of now black with blue leather, but I am going to have it redone in red leather through my work. Price of steering wheel on company website is $111.46.

Purchased the steering wheel adapter yesterday for $18 from my local 5th Gear. The adapter should be delivered in a week. The steering wheel is done being redone in red, and I should pick it up next thurday. Will have pics of both items when I get them.

Went to Hot Import Nights last week down here in Orlando. Definitely worth the price of tickets 27 a piece. Saw a 93 ecipse there... over 100k spent on it.. nice. I have a lot of free time now, so as of today I have decided to do all the fiberglassing in my trunk by myself. I can get a great deal ordering it from where I work at cost. This is turning into almost a complete job by me though, so in the following weeks it will start. Official start date of work on my car is this wednesday, 7/9/03 because I will be the official owner on this date, gettin a stripped antenna motor fixed tuesday so wednesday is it. Fiberglass will come shortly.

I need help designing the fiberglass layout for my trunk. I picture of what my trunk looks like now can be found here. You can use any image editing software you want to, designs from anyone are welcome. Please make sure design has a space for 2 12" audiobahns, 1 or 2 amps, a cap, and the speaker wire terminals to hook it up. Thank you for anyone who helps out. I finally got my euro gauges installed the other day, had to go down to our shop to do the drilling for the wiring, and when i was drilling a hole on the tach side the drill slipped and almost went into my tach.... anways, they look nice and I should have pictures up soon on how to do it, because it wasn't easy. I've been having some problems with my clutch slipping when i switch to first from a dead stop, need to get it looked at sometime... Going back to school soon, fun fun right? No. Oh well. Also, I am going to try and order the fiberglass from a boating company, not sure if they will do it, but I have a $200.00 credit from them that hasn't been used and that would be nice.

Put my 6.5's and 6X9's in, they sound great. Now I need a better head unit to push them. Added a chat room today so use it. I found a custom sub box for my car but it's down in Bradenton, FL. So now I am trying to find a way to pick it up. Will just be used for my kickers until I start putting in the fiberglass for my Audiobahns.

Lots of news. A couple of days ago my window motor died out on me so wednesdays morning I had to bring it into the shop to get it fixed, the whole way there a new problem arose, my car kept stalling at every red light or stop sign, so while i was idle i had to keep feeding gas into my engine. Turns out the throttle body needed to be cleaned out and the air filter replaced, while i was there i also got my oil changed. Bigger news is tonight I ordered all the rest of my temporary system parts. I ordered a Power Acoustik OV2-300 watt two channel mosfet amp to push my kicker comps, pretty good considering there max is 300 each, so it's ok for right now, little low but it will do. Also ordered the Power Acoustik 4 Gauge amp installation kit and I ordered a box for 2 12's, yeah, i finally found one to fit in my car, So all that stuff should hopefully get here within the next week so I can get them installed.

I received my subwoofer box and amp thursday afternoon but friday the amp installation kit never came, so I have to wait until monday for it to arrive, then I will begin to install the system. Considering coplete 4G63T engine swap, because in the past week my cars engine has gone to hell. Brought it into the shop for the third time in two weeks because of chronic problems, the same problems ???that were occuring the first time it visited the shop.... So the new damage report is as follows.... Need a valve job because it is only running on 3 cylinders... On-board computer is completely fried... and some more small stuff, damage estimate from shop is over 3k. So its not worth it really, but complete engine swap would be about the same or less, with all my modifications included. So I will post updates about this situation. Engine would be shipping directly from japan, with LOW miles. Would include the following- Motor, AWD Tranny, Clutch, Flywheel, Intake Manifold, Turbo Manifold w/ 16G Turbo, Fuel Rail, Injectors, CAS, Engine Harness, All sensors, and possibly ECU..

Wow... it's been quite a while, sorry school got busy and haven't had time to update... Ok lets see. I ordered a new cold air intake with k&n performance filter, that is going on next week. Ordered a new exhuast with dual 3" tips which is going on next week as well, I decided not to go for full right now because I am worried about loosing back pressure. Cars running great now, turns out the idiots at the dealership where I took it in for A OIL CHANGE, put in v6 platinum spark plugs that could have fried the engine, and caused the cylinders not to fire, but problem was solved and car is running great again. My clutch slave cylinder went out new years eve and of course i couldn't shift, massive leak as well, but I flushed the system and replaced all the parts and thats working great as well. Two weeks ago I began to paint my interior, you can find pictures here. I don't have any shots of it complete but will try and get some today. I also took some more recent shots of my car which you can find here. Just put new goodyear eagles on it, a lot better grip because of low profile. You can see are new dog on this page here, and thats about it. I will take some more pictures once I get my cold air intake and exhaust installed.

It's been a long time since my last post, and a lot of things have changed. My car was running great until about 3 weeks ago when I was involved in an accident from the rear. The car was smashed in more than a foot and a half in most places, and was deemed totalled by the insurance company. The car has since been towed, and is no more.. I have now purchased a new car as of last saturday, a 1996 Eagle Talon Esi. It is a very basic dsm, with a 420a 2.0. I still managed to stick with a 5spd, it is white and has low miles. I will post pictures as soon as I have time. I also added a installation guide for push button starting on a dsm, so check it out here. As I said, pics of my new car, and some last shots of my old one, will be posted soon.

I am loving the new push button starter I installed. New ac and alternator belts were put on the car last week. Today I am having the front shocks and struts replaced due to a leaking strut in the front right. Installed a new stereo system in the Talon. 2 alphasonic 10" subwoofers with a 300 watt Power Acoustik Amp which hits a lot harder than my older 12" kicker comps. Also exchanged the front 5.25" speakers with my old kenwoods from my eclipse. I am begining my search for a full cold air intake, and exhaust for my car. Also a friend who managed to turbocharged is 420a helped me compile a list of parts I will need for the n/a to turbo conversion. The 420a is a very strong engine but never came factory turbocharged like my old eclipse (4G63) did. The biggest problem is some parts have to be fabricated, such has the turbo manifold because there was never one produced for the 420a, but I am thinking that I might actually be able to turbo charge my car for just a little over 1k and be able to run boost safely. I think I might enjoy this car more than my old eclipse because there is much more of an aftermarket for my Talon, especially with being able to use 2g eclipse parts. I have redid some of the site today, along with adding a picture of my new 420a, and a bunch of pictures of the car which can be found here. Last pictures that will be taken of the eclipse have now been posted here.

Been a LONG time since I updated the site. I got in an accident about a month ago when I slid into someone (big suv in the rain) and had a lot of front end damage. The car is finally in the shop this week after being on wait due to parts being located and backup at the shop I am using, one of the best in orlando/ocoee area. Friday I will go to pick up the Talon with a new cf hood installed, along with the frame repaired, and a new radiator support. Don't ask about cost... because it wasn't cheap. Also, I had a new full exhaust system delivered yesterday, for the second time due to the first one being stolen inbetween leaving the shop and delivery in orlando, manufactured by Tsudo. I plan on doing the install myself this sat/sun and I will post pictures of it before and after install, along with my new carbon fiber hood pictures. I also installed a new cold air intake which was a lot better made then the one I had on my eclipse, manufactured by Image Proformance.

A little over a week ago while driving down the highway, a sudden loss of oil caused major engine damage to rods and some other components. Car was towed yesterday and is now sitting in a performance shop awaiting a engine being shipped in from savanah, I haven't really heard all the details but I'm pretty sure its the same exact 420a with around 50k on the engine. Price for all the work is over 2,500. Also we were in an area pretty hard it in orlando by hurricane charley, which caused a tree to fall on my car, and caused some scratches along the doors, fenders, and rear bumper.
