Our plane for New York was delayed, so we visited the nearby Narita Temple, sharing a convenience store picnic with two local puppies. In New York, we chomped American diner food, attended a street fair on Broadway Street, visited Times Square, and attended Lara and Toby's wedding at the Central Park Gardens. Later we had a great time eating and dancing at their wedding reception at a Thai restaurant. The next day we spent time hanging out and exploring New York with Lara and Toby. On our last day in New York we took the subway to Battery Park and looked at the Statue of Liberty. Our last stop in New York was Ground Zero, and then we headed out for Wisconsin.
