A sample Menu for the Sea Gourmets -
The Captain and Crew on board S.Y. Sea Fun have prepared the following menu for your consideration. Any further suggestions or requests will be greatly appreciated.
Day 1. Welcome on board drink with freshly made bread and a liver pate snack from our galley.
Lunch - Soup de tomate lightly sprinkled with parsley leaves floating on a butter island followed by Red Snapper marinated and oven cooked with a gentle blend of herbs, slightly sour. White jasmine rice, of course, with a light flush of white wine of your choice...
Evening enterprise - Fresh King Prawns, abandoned for an hour in our secret sauce and then brought to the pan for serving. A garlic dip for the finishing touch with a light tomato salad on the side. Maybe finish with a flambe de bananne au rhum for dessert?....
Next day - We'll start the day with crepes a la Francais (an egg or mixes of your choice folded within), thick black cafe with home made bread and a choice of honey or marmalade.
Lunch - Italian Pizza with seafood, black olives, capers and a delicious coating of mozzarella cheese. The Tsaziki salad is an after-thought but surely complimentary...
Evening Special - this one is prepared by our chef and served at the table for you to choose. Imagine an Asian delight of King Prawns, Squid, Fish cutlets and fresh vegetables, served with a steaming firepot, all waiting to get together and make your culinary dreams come true. Japanese Sashimi and a light potato salad awaits the gourmets... We call it Genghis Khan....
