St. LCW Volume 14: 1st Taping Results

Meanwhile, Dan was dishing out some offence of his own in the form of a high cross body block aimed at Mimmickmaster. Ref Dan then mounted a table and began to rain down some punches on Mimmick. However, Mimmickmaster was eventually able to escape this compromising position and drop kick the table on which Dan was perched. This rocking of Dan�s foundations led to the Ref losing his balance, falling from the top and dropping to the floor, Ref Dan had been eliminated. Following on from this, the next participant (Thanatos) made his entrance. Thanatos made an immediate impact in the Rumble, because as soon as he stepped into the ring, Thanatos grabbed hold of Yeomans� tie and threw him over the top, Cardinal had been eliminated. Then, a twin fight occurred as Mimmickmaster and Thanatos puck up where they left off at Tides of Change. Once the battle of the siblings had died down, Natasha nailed Thanatos with a high cross body from the top.
Next to enter the Royal Rumble was Sam Van Dam but the crowds focus switched yet again to the life long rivalry between Mimmickmaster and Thanatos as Mimmickmaster nailed his bro with a well executed back breaker. Sam Van Dam was out to get some spotlight of his own however and it wasn�t long before Sam made an impression on proceedings. Van Dam not only caught Justice with a snap mare; he also nailed Sid with a low drop kick to the back. During this action, Thanatos felled Mimmickmaster with a low blow. This below the belt shot obviously left Mark vulnerable, thus S.V.D was able to take advantage of the situation by nailing Mimmickmaster with a drop kick. At this point, Moriarty entered the contest but yet again it was the battle between the good twin and Thanatos that dominated the ring as the hated rivals collided with a double high cross body. Soon, the clock ran down once more and the person to enter on this occasion was Winnie Nobbe. All of the contestants who were in the ring at this time were to experience a tide of Winnie Nobbe offence.
Immediately, Winnie nailed Moriarty with a gore, Nobbe then proceeded to lay a shot into every person in the ring before finally landing a DDT on Mimmickmaster. The only people that were now left standing were Winnie and Thanatos. Noticing this, Winnie and Thanatos shook hands but, realising that the rules of a Rumble state that it is �every man for himself�, Nobbe took it upon himself to nail Thanatos with a gore. Thinking that he had matters well in hand, Nobbe began to gesture to the fans. However, when Winnie turned back around, Moriarty was waiting for him with a poke in the eyes. A blinded and disorientated Nobbe then toppled over a table and fell to the outside, Winnie had been eliminated. Following this, Merk found himself the subject of a bulldog from Sam and then Hornblower (the World champion) made his entrance into the match. Now back to his feet, Mimmickmaster nailed Mori with a standing drop kick and then Mark caught Hornblower with two further running drop kicks.
Nonetheless, the World champion was able to catch Mimmickmaster�s third attempt at a drop kick and then slingshot MMM over the top, Mimmickmaster had been eliminated. Following this, the next participant (St.LCW commissioner Miss Rebecca) joined the action and she was just in time to witness Moriarty delivering a side back breaker to Sid. Following Miss Rebecca as the next person to enter the Rumble was Dave Daniels and he wasted no time in going after the worn down Justice.
Dave Daniels proceeded to level Sid with a muscular clothesline before the two bad guys fought to the nearest table. Here, both men tilted over the edge before Dave was eventually able ensure that Sid was the man who fell to the arena floor, Justice had been eliminated. Soon after this, the next entrant (Father Johnson) made his way out and he went straight after a tired Natasha. However, after Father Johnson had smashed her into a wall, Rider showed her resilience by battling back and nailing Father with a DDT.
Meanwhile, Mori was landing some fine elbow drops on Thanatos and the Intercontinental champion, Iron man was making his entrance into the Royal Rumble. Once in the ring, Iron man sent shock waves through St.LCW as he wiped out Hornblower with a �big toe�. Then, after Thanatos had delivered a back breaker to Van Dam, an intimidated Natasha began to back away from the Intercontinental champion. Rider soon found that she had nowhere to run and, after coming face to face with Iron man, Natasha was clotheslined over the top, Rider had been eliminated.
The next person to enter was Sinner and even by the time that he had got in the ring, Iron man was still a dominating force. Whilst Iron man was delivering a de-railer to Thanatos, Moriarty was nailing Daniels with a baseball slide whilst Dave was attempting to hide beneath a table. Once Thanatos had got back to his feet, he slapped a bear hug onto Horn, whilst Thanatos was squeezing for all he�s worth, the next participant (Grell) joined the conflict. As soon as Grell stepped foot in the ring, he was attack by almost everyone.
Nevertheless, Grell used his unbelievable powers to fight away from the attempted assault, then, Grell went on a rampage as he nailed Hornblower with a scoop slam and then the Sweet dreams. Following this, Jason Sensation joined the Rumble and he immediately took Mofo to the mats with a side headlock take down. After grounding Iron man, Jason Sensation then set about thinning out the numbers as he grabbed hold of Sam and threw him to the outside, Van Dam had been eliminated.
At this point in the proceedings, the barrage of Grell offence continued as he levelled Blower with the Death penalty and then gave Johnson the Sweet dreams from the inside out, with this move the C.R.A.P member flew over the top and thus Father was eliminated. Then, another participant entered the Royal Rumble and this time it was the European champion, Se7en. After witnessing Shaun deliver a choke slam back breaker to Jason, Se7en immediately took the opportunity to get in some offence of his own as he nailed Sensation with a nice suplex.
The penultimate contestant in the match (Hayden Williams) then made his way out, unlike any other participant before him, Hayden Williams made his entrance by moon saulting into the ring and thereby landing on Grell. Meanwhile, Se7en was in the midst of some serious ass kicking of his own: the European champion performed an arm ringer into a DDT on Hornblower and then a front drop kick on Hayden. Following this action, Grell nailed Horn with a drop toehold into a table and then the final participant in the Rumble (Angel) made her way out.
