| St. LCW Volume 13: 4th Taping Results Reported by Jim Boz The fourth taping of Volume Thirteen began with commissioner Winnie Nobbe dragging a weak Miss Rebecca out with him. Before saying why Miss Rebecca was in such a state, Winnie told us that he had fired Iron Mike Wiseman. With the news of Iron Mike Wisemans sacking ringing in our ears, Nobbe went on to announce that he had booked two more matches for the pay-per-view, Outrage. The matches were as follows: A fatal four way match for the European title, to be contested between Grell, Se7en (champion), Jason Sensation and Father Johnson. And, a triple threat match for the Intercontinental title, to be contested between Dave Daniels, Iron man (champion) and Hayden Williams. Having set up these contests, Winnie admitted that Miss Rebecca was in such a state because she had been drugged, furthermore, Nobbe then proclaimed that he was the man who had spiked her drink while in the backstage area. Nobbe had done this so that he could take advantage of a weakened Miss R. But, before doing so, Winnie said that after he had finished with Miss Rebecca there would be a triangle match between Grell, Se7en and Cardinal Yeomans. Winnie then proceeded to mercilessly beat up Miss Rebecca and, after inflicted sufficient damage on his challenger for the commissionership at Outrage, Nobbe eventually left. Before the triangle match began however, a referee helped a groggy Miss Rebecca to the back. The single elimination match thus began. After delivering a low blow to Grell and a slap to Se7en, Cardinal Yeomans was thrown to the outside. Now alone in the ring with Se7en, Grell delivered a big boot and two running clotheslines to his opponent. Grell however went on to miss an avalanche, escape an S.K.O attempt, try to deliver a tilt-a-world and then endure a front drop kick from Se7en. After being drop toe holded by Se7en, Cardinal was quickly back on the offence: delivering an atomic drop to Se7en, low blowing Grell and then hiptossing and armdragging the numerical one. After stopping Yeomans subsequent attempted pin, Grell proceeded to slam Cardinal, before being slammed himself by Se7en. After then scoring a near fall on Grell, Cardinal went on to nail him with a suplex. Se7en then delivered a double axe handle from the top on to Yeomans, and a rolling clothesline on Grell (which could have resulted in a three count if not for Cardinal making the save). Yeomans then suplexed Se7en, only for Grell to score a near fall from the move. Grell was then thrown outside, leaving Se7en to nail Yeomans with a slam and a legdrop before Grell returned to stop his pin fall attempt. Cardinal then endured a Grell style gut wrench powerbomb, G man then threw Se7en from the top and wiped him out with a death penalty. Se7en was then pinned for the1-2-3 by Grell and thus eliminated. Se7en however, wanted to scout Grell for the match at Outrage, thus he stayed at ringside. Se7en watched as Grell dominated with a side suplex, a big boot and a leg drop from the top. Because Grell couldnt keep Yeomans down for the pin, he hurled him to the outside. Whilst out there, Grell grabbed the European belt and began to gesture at the champion. This infuriated Se7en, but allowed Cardinal to swing Grell into a wall, but G man came back: slamming Yeomans onto a table and then hoisting him up for the Sweet dreams. While picking Cardinal up, Grell inadvertently hit the ref with Yeomans leg. Nevertheless, Grell delivered the Sweet dreams but, because the ref was down, Se7en sneaked into the ring and hit Grell with a chair, then delivered an S.K.O to him on the same illegal weapon. With the ref now awake, Se7en pulled Yeomans on top of Grell. The ref crawled over to count three and declare Cardinal the winner of the triangle match. Though what lies in store for Grell and Se7en is a different matter. Following on from this, was a tag team match between Dave Daniels and Hayden Williams against Boden and Angel (who came out holding hands). Before the contest began, Boden said to Angel that he was sorry for rejecting her advances last week and wanted to make it up to her. Hence, Boden went to kiss Angel but, before their lips had the chance to meet, the entrance music of their opponents broke up their embrace. Thus, with Dave Daniels and Hayden Williams now out at ringside, the match began. The initial action in the contest centred around Boden out-wrestling Dave and then Angel out-wrestling Hayden. The momentum of the goodies then continued to roll as Bode nailed Williams with a reverse elbow (which resulted in a near fall, broken up by Daniels) and then Boden delivered a back breaker to Hayden. On this note, Angel was reintroduced to proceedings and she didnt let her team down; Angel nailed Hayden with a DDT (which resulted in a near fall) and then wiped out Williams with a clothesline. Boden was then tagged back in and he continued where Angel had left off. Boden dominated Williams with a suplex (which brought about a two count) and, after startling Hayden with a flash of his leopard skin pants, a stiff clothesline (which again led to a two count). Angel was then tagged in and initial she continued her good work by delivering a back body drop to Williams. However, Angel then took too long to get to the top and subsequently she was thrown off the table by Hayden. After inflicting this damage on Angel, Hayden tagged out. Dave accordingly made his way in and proceeded to nail Angel with manoeuvres such as a muscular clothesline, a legdrop (which caused a near fall) and a body slam. After then delivering a gut buster to Angel, Dave tagged Williams back in. Williams was soon on the back foot however as he got turned inside out by a strong Angel clothesline. Although Hayden kicked out of the subsequent pin, he continued to receive punishment at the hands of Angel. In fact, after suffering a couple of stinging chops from Angel, Williams could take no more and thus he tagged Daniels back in. DD went on to fare no better than his partner though as Angel escaped his hiptoss attempt and then nailed him with a hangmans neck breaker. This allowed Angel to reach her partner for the tag, and, when Boden hit the ring, he was a house of fire: nailing Dave with a tightly synched in DDT and then delivering reverse knife edges to both members of the bad team. Even Boden could not hold off both men for long however and soon he felt the wrath of a double team attack from Daniels and Hayden. Dave and Williams played the numbers game to hack Tony down with a double clothesline but when going for a repeat of this manoeuvre, Dave and Hayden were amazed to see Boden duck and then wipe them both out with a double high leg lariat. Nonetheless, this is when Bodens troubles really started. When Boden reached his corner he was dumbfounded to find that the woman who he had grown so close to over the past few weeks would not tag him. Not only was Angel refusing to tag her supposed friend, she also walked away from him and stood in the aisle way. With Bodens mind not on the match, Dave was able to sneak up from behind him and attempt deliver the Olympic slam. Boden however was able to counter the hold and roll up Daniels for the three count. As Dave and Hayden left however, Boden did not feel like a victorious man. With Boden looking dejected in the ring, Angel took the opportunity to walk over to him and look down upon him with disgust. When their eyes met, Angel shook her head and walked away, leaving Boden, and us, to wonder why Angel had betrayed him. Next |
