| This year the greatest treasure hunt came to an end finding my biological mother and finding my four divine sisters, and information about my Native American ancesestry. Thanks to all who helped me on this sacred path, to all those who opened their arms and hearts and made this reunion so blessing and my heart full of joy and peace. | My ancestors of Cherokee descent escaped the Trail of Tears in 1873 and changed their name from RABBITT to ABBOTT to protect their identity from persecution. They originated in Tennessee and later migrated to Oklahoma. WEEKS & BREWER came from England. HANLY came from Ireland. BOAL from Canada, William Cody Boal (Buffalo Bill). |
