| ARTICLE VI QUORUM COUNCIL A majority of members of the Instructors Council in attendance at regular meetings shall constitute a Quorum for transaction of business. COMMITTEE A majority of the members of any committee at any called meeting shall constitute a Quorum. Revised MARCH 1998 |
