| ARTICLE V AMMENDMENTS CONSTITUTION AND BY LAW CHANGES Proposals intent upon changing the Constitution and By Laws shall first be considered by the Instructors Council. A Constitution and By Laws Committee shall be appointed by the President. Recommendations by the committee shall be announced in the notice of the regular meeting and shall be acted upon at the next regular meeting after the recommendation is presented. A majority of the members at the meeting is necssary for approval. Revised MARCH 1998 |
