Pasta Amore was born when the founder, Moreno Carboni wanted to share his love for Italian cuisine with everyone around him! Starting from the bottom, his excellent dishes gathered crowds far and wide. Now his sons and grandsons help run the restaurant, bringing a modern flare to old school tradition. Pasta Amore not only combines the cooking traditions and ingredients of Italy with creativity but also provides a modern twist on timeless classics.
