The library is having its first photography contest. The theme will be signs of spring. The contest is open to everyone and entry is free. Scrapbooking at the Samoset (Rockland Village Soup) (March 15): On March 20 (Sunday) we will have about 100 ladies scrapbooking at the Samoset in the BayPoint Ballroom to celebrate National scrapbook day. This event will be from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT Today (Norwich Bulletin) BLUEGRASS SHOW , 7 p.m., Killingly Grange Hall, corner of Dog Hill Road and Route 101, KILLINGLY. Doors open at 6. Featuring The Hunger Mountain Boys and Spirit Fiddle. $10 at the door. Hot chili with cornbread, sandwiches, coffee and refreshments served. Gilbert's nifty little secrets (The Arizona Republic) Gilbert may lack the posh spa resorts and glitzy restaurants of Scottsdale, and probably can't compete with the college-town fun of Tempe.
