Victoria has no fear of victory.
In her one sees the bearing of a queen:
Charming, not endearing; large but lean;
Tough, yet with the grace of mystery.
Old, painful memories now serve her well:
Ruthlessness remains for her a choice.
In troubled times one senses in her voice
A strength against which one would not rebel. |
