Kimberly comes often to the
evening
In clothes that seem more suited to the dawn,
Managing a luncheon on the lawn,
Being busily engaged in being.
Even so, she lingers in the shadows,
Resonant with darkness, for she knows
Less and less of living as she goes,
Yearning for the wind outside her windows. |
