Colleen tends to wistful
melancholy.
On her horizon darkness holds its breath.
Love is made more beautiful by need,
Luring her with passion to its seed,
Even though the end, she knows, is death.
Each pleasure has a touch of tragedy,
Nor does she walk unwrapped in tenderness. |
