| Camp Scouthaven 2007 |
| Camp Scouthaven 2007 was a wonderful experience for all that attended. The theme this year was Ancient Egypt and to follow that theme the staff put on skits throughout our stay. The premise was that there were missing puzzle pieces and that the mummy that had been found would gain all sorts of evil power if the pieces to the puzzles were gathered together by him. Poor Caroline was stuck in the middle between "Bart" and "Sly Sam" Bart of course was the good guy and Sam was under the evil eye of the Mummy being promised all sorts of power. Bart told us if the mummy did get the power then Camp Scouthaven would no longer be fun and all we would do is dirty laundry and eat brussel sprouts! In the end of course Bart got all the pieces and the mummy was doomed to stay in his tomb forever! |

| Due to the theme for next summer camp we are going to try to plan Pack Wide crafts and some of the other skits and songs for our den and pack meetings around this theme also. Anyone that didn't attend Resident Camp this year should really try to make it this coming summer. It is an experience that you and your child will never forget. NO ONE will be turned away due to spacing or monetary reasons. Anyone that wishes to attend will be worked with to get your child there. Please see Ms Rosann or Ms Tammy for details. |
